Nira Shunbo
Head Chef and Dessert R&D
From a mix of Syrian-Egyptian kitchen, Nira developed her passion for baking as a child.
picking up different techniques, from an early age, helped Nira to stand out and take the passion to a new level of professionalism. Nira eventually, enrolled in Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Massachusetts and studied the fine art of baking, after she spent ten years working in her field of Major. Nira graduated from Simmons College in Boston in 1999 with a double major in Marketing and Global Management. On the contrary, mastering her work in public relations wasn’t fulfilling enough.
Accordingly, Nira started The Four Fat Ladies in 2012 in partnership with her sisters. On the account of her diligent talents and excellence in sweet bakery, Nira’s expertise is essential to our NPD Department.
